Warranty

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website so that you are aware of your legal rights and
obligations with respect to InvaderPC (“we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing our website and using the services, you hereby agree:

  • that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • that you are the user of the website and/or services and are 18 years or above.

Upon your contact the service engineers will do their best to resolve the issue asap for you as we understand your expectations as a customer and we committed to providing professional and hassle-free service to our valued customers.

Warranty

Invader PC warrants that the all hardware purchased at IPC website are free of defects in workmanship and hardware performance for the applicable period as mentioned in our Order or DO or Invoice

On-Site Warranty (1st Year, Extendable)

IPC provide free on-site service at your location for any PC issues within the first year, with a 3-year extension option available during purchase. If, in the professional judgment of our technician, the necessary repairs cannot be completed on-site due to complexity, required equipment, parts availability, or other logistical reasons, the PC will be taken to our service center and returned at our cost.

On-site Warranty Voidance Due to Unauthorized Modification

The on-site warranty provided with this PC is expressly contingent upon the PC remaining in its original configuration as delivered by IPC. Any unauthorized modification, alteration, or tampering with the PC’s hardware or internal structure will immediately void the on-site warranty. “Unauthorized modification” includes, but is not limited to:

  • Installation or removal of any internal components (e.g., hard drives, SSDs, RAM, graphics cards, expansion cards).
  • Modification or rearrangement of internal cabling.
  • Application of any aftermarket cooling solutions or other internal modifications.
  • Any physical alteration to the PC case or internal chassis.

In the event the on-site warranty is voided due to unauthorized modification, the standard return-to-base warranty, as detailed elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, will continue to apply for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Return-to-Base Warranty (2nd ~ 3rd Years)

This warranty is valid for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase as indicated on the original sales invoice or receipt.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, the customer is required to return the complete PC system, including the original component’s packaging if required, to IPC.

we will render our service to make the system back to its normal working condition by

  • By replacing at our discretion either new or refurbished parts.
  • By replacing whole system if require at our discretion by either new system or refurbished system.
  • In case if system or any part is beyond repair or replacement (due to End of Life by Manufacturer or for some other technical reason), we will issue partial refund for the value of parts beyond repair or replacement.

IPC Warranty does not cover

  • All software products, including operating systems and related drivers, any other software or drivers added at the customer’s request.
  • Any physical / non-physical damage caused by intentional or non-intentional actions by user or through misuse, mishandling, abuse or negligence by user.
  • Any damage caused by natural or man-made calamities which are beyond control of IPC / user such as Fire, Rain, Lightning, Earthquake, Vehicle Accident, War, Arson, Sabotage etc.,
    Change or additions or removal of parts in unauthorized manner by user.
  • Recovery of any lost data from HDD/SSD due to any reason, however the hardware of HDD/SSD is covered by our warranty and will replace it during the warranty period in the event of failure.
  • Unpaid products
  • Products or parts which are not purchased from IPC

Limited Liability

  • IPC shall not be held liable except as provided in the above Warranty Condition. Our liability in connection with any Product purchased through our site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Product.
  • IPC at any circumstance shall not be responsible for any Direct / Incidental / consequential loss/damage resulting from any breach of warranty or under any other legal terms including but not limited to loss of usage, loss of revenue, loss of profit (anticipated or actual) on any business or contract, loss of hard money, loss of saving (anticipated or actual), loss of actual business / business opportunity, loss of goodwill/reputation, loss or corruption of data / information in any format, any other damage and cost involve to recover any losses or rebuilt or reprogram the data stored on the IPC sold product.
  • We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
  • Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
    • strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
    • civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
    • fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
    • impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
    • impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; or
    • the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
  • Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

In case if all or any parts need to be replaced and system is not under warranty;

we will render our service to make the system back to its normal working condition by

  • Prior quoting the charges of parts to be replaced
  • Once you approve the quotation (verbally to our service engineer or over any other means such Online Chat, E-mail, WhastApp etc.) and make necessary payment; we will proceed to repair and service the system accordingly.
